Why has my pick not settled yet?
At Playvo, we prioritize accuracy and fairness when grading your picks. While most picks are settled quickly, some delays can occur due to our reliance on official data providers. Below, we break down how grading works, why some picks may remain open, and what to do if you're waiting on a result.
How Long Does Pick Grading Take?
Our system aims to grade most picks promptly, but grading times depend on the type of pick and the availability of verified data. Here's what to expect:
Standard Grading Times
- Moneyline, Spreads, Totals (Over/Under):
Typically graded within 15 minutes of the game ending—provided all official sources report consistent results. In rare cases, grading may take up to 2 hours. - Props & Futures:
Usually settled within 1–2 hours after the event concludes. Longer delays may occur if data inconsistencies arise. - Quarter Picks & Live Props:
Graded once the specific quarter or event is complete. We require confirmation from at least three trusted data sources before grading.
Why Is My Pick Still Open?
There are several common reasons why a pick might remain in “open” status:
- The Game Isn’t Fully Completed
Even if the outcome is obvious, we wait for full game completion and official confirmation before grading. - Third-Party Data Lag
We rely on external data providers. If they experience delays or inconsistencies, your pick may be held until accurate info is confirmed. - Discrepancies in Official Scoring
Conflicting results from major sources may pause grading until scores are verified. - Manual Review Required
Some picks are flagged for manual review due to irregularities or incomplete data, which can extend grading time.
What You Can Do While Waiting
- Be Patient: Most open picks resolve within a short time. Delays often reflect our commitment to accuracy.
- Check Game Status: Make sure the event has officially concluded.
- Contact Support: If your pick hasn’t been graded after a reasonable period, feel free to reach out to our support team for an update.
Tips to Avoid Confusion
- Monitor Notifications: We'll notify you when your pick is graded or if a delay occurs.
- Know Your Pick Type: Props and live picks often take longer to verify than standard picks.
- Understand Grading Logic: Grading is based on verified stats—not on what "should have" happened.

How does the simulated challenge environment work?
Simulated Environments
- In order to best service our clients, competing in all stages of the cooperation between Playvo and the client is via a demo account.
- For the avoidance of any confusion, please keep in mind that a Simulated Challenge Account is a fully simulated account with real odds provided from sportsbook providers. The sports competing data is shared with trusted sports data partners, where it is analyzed, reviewed, and used internally to support their own operations and insights.
NOTE: All Phase 1 & 2, as well as Simulated Challenge Account challenge accountFunded Accounts, are routed through a simulated feed, therefore simulating real market conditions.

The Reward Split on your Playvo Account follows a rolling 30-day cycle. This means your first profit split becomes available 30 days after you begin competing on your qualified account on your qualified account.
Profit Challenge accounts are elligible for redemptions upon completion of each phase.
- For example, if you start on August 1st, your first Reward Split Day will be August 31st.
- If you start on April 15th, your first split will be available on May 15th.
You'll receive an email and a website notification when your redemption is ready for approval. Once you confirm your invoice, payouts are typically processed within a couple business days.

What is my relationship with Playvo?
The relationship between a Playvo participant and Playvo is established through a Contract Agreement, which is signed after you successfully complete the Playvo verification phases. Thisoutlines the responsibilities, rights, and obligations of both you and Playvo.
What is the process of the participation agreement?
Once you reach your Profit Target while staying within the Max Daily Loss and Max Loss limits, the Player Profit Identity section in your Client Area will be unlocked.
There, you can submit your personal details for verification by our compliance team:
- Personal accounts are typically verified within 1 business day
- Company accounts may take up to 3 business days
Once verified, your information will be securely stored in our verification system for future use—whether it's to manage your current Playvo account(s) or to complete new participation agreements.
Do I Tax My Rewards?
Once the verification is complete, you'll begin receiving your share of rewards earned through your Playvo account. Redemptions may be considered taxable. Consult a tax professional for guidance. For U.S. residents, applicable tax documentation will be issued as required by law. International users are responsible for following and complying with their own local tax regulations.

How do you process rewards on funded accounts?
Here’s how the payout process works:
- Payout Options:
- ACH (Automated Clearing House) Transfer - Receive your funds directly to your bank account through a secure and traditional transfer method.
- Cryptocurrency - Opt to receive your payout in crypto for faster processing and added flexibility.
- PayPal - Transfer your earnings directly to your PayPal account for quick and convenient access.
- Venmo - Withdraw funds seamlessly to your Venmo account for fast, user-friendly transfers.
- Zelle - Use Zelle to receive payouts directly into your bank account, offering instant access with no additional steps required
Once you request a reward withdrawal, processing can take anywhere from a few minutes up to several business days.
Tax Season: For United States Citizens, you will receive a 1099 which details out all of the tax documents you need to file your earnings with your state and federal government. For international users, you are solely responsible for adhering to your countries tax laws.

Pro Challenge Overview
For the Pro Challenge, you must successfully complete the 2-step Playvo Evaluation.
Phase 1: Evaluation
You will be given access to a demo account where your objective is to grow the balance by a required amount. To remain eligible, you must avoid exceeding the maximum overall drawdown based on your highest account value, and you must also stay within the permitted daily loss limit relative to the starting balance.
If all performance and risk requirements are satisfied, you will advance to the second and final stage of the evaluation.
Phase 2: Evaluation
In Phase 2, you’ll have one final chance to prove your performance and consistency. The rules are the same as in Phase 1.
Phase 3: Qualified
Once you successfully pass the Evaluation stage, you’ll become an official Playvo participant. Before finalizing your Playvo participation agreement, we’ll need to verify your identity through a KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) process. This includes submitting valid identification such as a passport, national ID, or driver’s license.
Profit Challenge Overview
The Profit Challenge is divided into 4 phases, each offering increasing rewards as you progress. Every phase passed unlocks new earning potential.
Phase Breakdown:
- Level 1: Earn up to 0.1x rewards
- Level 2: Earn up to 2x rewards
- Level 3: Earn up to 10x rewards
- Level 4: Earn up to 50x rewards
Requirements:
To advance through each phase, you must:
- Place the minimum required number of picks for that phase
- Reach the profit target set for that phase
- Avoid hitting the 10% maximum drawdown
Complete all phases to maximize your total rewards and reach the top of the Profit Challenge.
Finalizing the participation agreement depends on completing this verification in line with Playvo’s internal policies. We do not provide services to individuals who:
- Are listed on international sanctions lists
- Have a history of addiction
- Have criminal records related to financial crimes or terrorism
- Are under the age of 18
- Represent company trusts
- Have previously been banned for breaching a Playvo Account Agreement
If any of these issues are discovered after an agreement is made, Playvo reserves the right to terminate the participation agreement.
Please note: we do not issue qualified accounts based on past performance alone.
How to Pass the Challenge:
- To complete the Challenge Pro Challenge, you must submit the required minimum number of picks during each stage of the evaluation, including the Qualified stage.
- During the first and second stages, your account must reach the required profit target in order to advance. Both stages require meeting the same performance and activity standards.
- You must also comply with all risk controls throughout the entire challenge.
- Please refer to the challenge tables for a complete list of rules.
Drawdown Rules
- Overall Drawdown Limit
Your account cannot fall beyond the allowed trailing loss limit relative to the highest balance it has ever reached. This limit moves upward as your account reaches new highs. If your balance drops to or below this trailing limit, the account fails immediately and all open picks are canceled.
How To Pass The Profit Challenge:
- You must complete 4 phases (Level 1–4) in order.
- Each level requires you to reach the profit target while staying under the 10% maximum drawdown limit.
- You must also meet the minimum pick requirement for each level to advance.
Level Rewards:
- Level 1: Earn up to 0.1x rewards
- Level 2: Earn up to 2x rewards
- Level 3: Earn up to 10x rewards
- Level 4: Earn up to 50x rewards
Drawdown Rules (Violating These = Instant Failure)
10% Maximum Drawdown (Overall Loss Limit)
Your account cannot drop 10% or more below your highest balance (your “high-water mark”).
For example, if your account peaks at $1,000, your trailing limit is $900.
If your balance falls to $900 or below, the account automatically fails and all active picks are voided.

Other Rules
- Pick Cash Outs: Pick Cash Outs incur a 10% fee of the pick amount.
- Inactivity Timer: In the qualified phase (Phase 3), you must place at least one pick every 5 days (120 Hours). Pick cash outs do not reset this timer.
- Game Settlements: Picks are graded once scores are confirmed by our data provider, in the order that the data is received.
- Delays: If a game is delayed or postponed by 8+ hours, it is reQualified.
- Redemptions: Once you reach the qualified phase (Phase 3), you become eligible for Redemptions. Payouts can be requested every 30 days from the date you enter this phase.
- For a Same Game Parlay, if any single leg is not marked as "Won", the odds cannot be recalculated, and the entire pick will be treated as a "Push".
- Any attempt to circumvent or tamper with our geolocation systems, including the use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to mask your location, is a violation of our Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
- Users may only place one pick per market in the same game, and no more than two picks on the same game.
Anti-Cheating Policy:
To maintain a fair and trustworthy environment for all users, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on cheating, abusing glitches, or exploits. The following actions will be taken if any user is found engaging in dishonest behavior:
• Immediate Account Ban: Any user caught cheating will have their account permanently banned.
• Permanent Platform Suspension: The user will be prohibited from accessing or using the platform in any capacity moving forward.
• Global Ban Across All Accounts: If cheating is detected, all associated accounts owned by the user will be permanently banned, without exception or refund.
Any action taken with the intent to bypass rules or create an unfair advantage is considered cheating.

Per our Terms and Conditions and the rules of the challenge, if a funded account is breached or any of the required criteria are not met, the account will be deactivated. In such cases, you will not be eligible to claim any rewards.
Maintaining full compliance with the rules is essential to continue your progress and remain eligible for payouts. If your account is deactivated, you will need to restart the challenge process to regain access to a funded account and any associated rewards.
